Welcome to Savvy HMIS! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our hospital management system. By accessing or using Savvy HMIS, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Account Usage:

a. You must be authorized by your hospital/clinic/lab to access and use Savvy HMIS.
b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account.

System Usage:

a. You agree to use Savvy HMIS only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
b. You shall not engage in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with the functioning of Savvy HMIS or compromise its security.

Intellectual Property:

a. Savvy HMIS and its associated content, including software, logos, trademarks, and graphics, are the intellectual property of Savvy HMIS.
b. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of Savvy HMIS without prior written consent.

Data Ownership and Privacy:

a. You retain ownership of the data you input into Savvy HMIS.
b. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Links and Services:

a. Savvy HMIS may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us.
b. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and conditions.

Limitation of Liability:

a. Savvy HMIS is developed and provided to the best of our abilities, and we strive to ensure its reliability, accuracy, and availability.
b. In the event of any technical issues or interruptions in the availability of Savvy HMIS, we will make reasonable efforts to promptly resolve them and minimize any impact on your usage.
c. However, we shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Savvy HMIS, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of business operations.
d. You understand and acknowledge that the use of Savvy HMIS involves certain inherent risks, and you agree to use it at your own discretion and responsibility.
e. Specifically, regarding laboratory reports generated through Savvy HMIS, the software provides automated report generation based on input data. Savvy HMIS and its developers shall not be held responsible for any errors, inaccuracies, or misinterpretations in such reports. It is the responsibility of your laboratory personnel to review, verify, and validate each report after generation before any clinical or administrative use.

Data Backup:

a. Weekly Backups by Savvy HMIS: We perform automated weekly backups of your data as a part of our standard system maintenance. These backups are typically taken over the weekend and are intended to help recover data in the event of unexpected disruptions such as system errors, hosting failures, or internet outages. In such cases, the most recent available backup will be the one taken at the end of the last backup cycle (usually the previous weekend). Users acknowledge and accept that any data entered after the last backup may not be recoverable in the event of such incidents.
b. User-Initiated Data Export: Savvy HMIS allows authorized users to manually export or download various records and reports, including but not limited to lab orders, X-ray order, income and expense statements in pharmacy, suppliers and customer statements in pharmacy and patients lists. These exports are available in formats such as Excel, PDF, or direct print, enabling users to create and maintain their own backups or offline records at any time, from any location, without dependence on system availability.
c. User Responsibility: While we make reasonable efforts to safeguard your data through our internal backup procedures, we encourage users to regularly export and archive critical information as an additional layer of protection and convenience.

Termination:

a. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Savvy HMIS at any time and for any reason, without prior notice.
b. Upon termination, any rights granted to you under these Terms and Conditions will cease to exist.

Payment and Subscription:

a. By using Savvy HMIS, you agree to pay the monthly charges as per the plans and pricing mentioned on our website. These charges are exclusive of any applicable taxes.
b. Payment for the service shall be made in a timely manner, and failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of your access to Savvy HMIS.
c. Subscription fees are non-refundable, and no refunds or credits will be provided for partial months or unused periods of the service.
d. We reserve the right to modify the pricing, plans, or billing terms with prior notice. Continued use of Savvy HMIS after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Savvy HMIS. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
